I am a very good cook and I am fascinated by food. I'm experienced with cooking for those with food allergies, Kosher or halal diets, and low carb, paleo, and keto diets. I am knowledgable about international cooking, but especially Mediterranean, Russian, Hawaiian, Thai, Chinese, Indian, and Central American and Mexican cuisines.
I have been cooking my entire life and have honed my skills through countless hours of effort. I served as a live-in cook and childcare professional for 2-3 years.
