I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience. Over the years as a chef I have had professional experience in a range of restaurants, private events and as apart of the opening culinary team for the historic Four Seasons Surf Club. I’ve worked as a line chef ensuring all mise en place is done and effectively run and manage the line. I’ve also worked at a pastry chef and garnered a professional certification in French pastry from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie. I am also adept to creating new combinations and experimenting with new flavors whilst being careful not to compromise the freshness and integrity of the food I prepare. Experienced in creating and developing special dishes and seasonal menus.
