Chef in Flower Mound, Texas

I've been cooking since before I can remember. In my preteens and teens, I worked for a catering company, in my teens I worked at Braum's as a fry cook, and at Sandy Lake Amusement Park. I continued to work at Sandy Lake till I was 20, still doing catering and working with food. In my late teens, I started working at Circle R Ranch, and I still work there to this day. I've cooked and bartended for private events throughout the year. Things as big as preparing and cooking for a motorcycle store grand opening and other events at the same store, things as small as being the chef for a long weekend for a bunch of guys on a retreat, and more. I'm looking to change up my life and career, or just add some more freelance work to my life. I can cook just about anything you can imagine, desserts as well. I love cooking wild game, fish, and just about any meat you can think of. If you want it smoked, grilled, baked, fried, pan-seared, or a combination of a few of those I can and have done it. I can do appetizers if you're having a party (the jalapeño poppers I've been told are to die for). I can also do soups, chili, salads, and more. I have wide availability, as long as I have about two weeks' notice. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I generally have free time all day. I can be a private chef, cook for an event you're hosting, meal prep for the week, bartend, and more.
