Chef in Arlington, Texas

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to peek at this posting. My name is Joe, and I'm looking to become a private chef for a family who may not have the resources and time to get a wholesome meal prepared for their family, or would just rather have someone else do that kind of work. I have been cooking since the age of 8, but finally went to culinary school in Minnesota in 2006, with the hopes of one day becoming a personal chef. I worked as a line cook, for over a year before I was promoted to sous chef. I then took another position as an executive chef before the combination of the recession, and my joints beginning have issues. Laid off and unable to find work, I came to Texas and have worked security since. I'm hopeful that I'll find a family to assist, but you should know a little about me, before anything gets started. My executive chef position was working with seniors, their families, and then another position cooking for 45 children in a private educational/daycare setting. I'd like to be not only cooking for a family, but also help with shopping for groceries, keeping their home organized and clean(dishes, laundry, dusting, etc), and help with child care, if needed. (I'm kind if a big kid, myself.) I don't smoke, drink, or do any , and I only speak English. I'm cleared through both FBI/CIA background checks to work with children, I have a wife and two 13mo old twin girls of my own. I know infant and toddler CPR/Heimlich and have used these skills to save my own children. If this interests to you, and you'd like to possibly interview me, I've left my contact details.
