My name is Bobby Hicks! I am a 30-something chef specializing in American and French cuisine with familiarity in Latin American and other global cuisines as well. I am endlessly in pursuit of knowledge, new challenges and have a passion for hospitality. My love of serving others allows me to enjoy every single day I work. I hope to prove myself to you and your family or guests. I am comfortable cooking for 1-10 people, at your home or in a venue. I was trained by some of the best chefs in NYC, where I cut my teeth working in SoHo House NYC before pivoting to bartending and brand work. My time in NYC gave me a well-rounded Front of House and Back of House skillset, allowing me to execute with precision and timing, while managing a high standard for guest's satisfaction and overall hospitality. I am available to work most days.
