Hey y'all! I'm Jacob, cooking has always been my happy place! I'm an amateur chef, still honing my skills, but I love experimenting in the kitchen and creating dishes that bring people together. I'm always learning new techniques and exploring different cuisines. Ever since I could remember I have always had a heart for culinary arts. Over the years I've done self motivated studies on different foods and techniques around the world and now I can say I have developed my own signature taste. You can expect a symphony of vibrant flavors. With attention to detail with ever dice, slice and garnish. Clean food that still holds bold flavors and satisfies all cravings. With a personal Texan touch, to keep our Texas flare in everything I cook. I've always cooked as a hobby. Sometimes just to experiment, or challenge myself, or even to wind down after a long day. I've cooked for my roommates all through college, and even large groups. Whipping up a specific meal on comand with what ever I had on hand was a party trick of mine. I was also always raised to eat healthy. Being an athlete through out highschool and staying active even now: cooking healthy food has always been important. I don't mind cooking for 1- 2 people or a family dinner for a large family. I truely enjoy cooking for people. but nothing tops enjoying people enjoying my cooking.
