I have over 20 years in the industry with a degree in Culinary Science from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. I have trained in all areas of food service including fast casual, fine dining, high volume, corporate, residential, institutional and private catering in established restaurants, colleges, country clubs, hotels, food trucks, homes and more. Most recently working on my own food truck and as private consultant and chef in Central Ohio. Weather its as a coach or client , as a coworker, supervisor or customer, I strive to impress and utilize my talents, experience and knowledge to generate smiles and share my passion with the world.
