started cooking when i was 4 yrs old, 1 year cooking class in high school, 2 years commercial foods at Tucker Area Vocational Technical Center, 1 year of job corps in Culinary Arts, 3 semesters at Edmondson Jr College in Hotel/Restaurant Management, courses through International Correspondence School in Hotel/Restaurant Management, 8 months at Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts, 1 qtr shy of 2 years at Art Institute of Atlanta. even though most of my experience has been in the fast food restaurant industry i am a very creative cook and have one of my own personal recipes listed on AllRecipes..... i try to cook healthy meals and at this time due to a bicycle accident i am on disability but am still able to cook and work in a personal kitchen
