i started when I was in high school.I worked as a dish washer and through hard work, I worked my way up to head chef. I have overseen 10 cooks and 15 servers. I am able to do ordering and cost breakdowns. My experience gained in high end setting as a chef, has given me the knowledge to guide others to success. In all of my positions I have had the freedom to express my abilities in new and creative ways. I am very diverse in many cuisines..... style is traditional with a modern twist. I like to push the creativity. And do something that has not been done.I use local ingredients, and seasonal products .
