Hello! My name is Bailey McMahan. I am the current Executive Chef for a hospital in Southern New Mexico. I was raised in Oklahoma but have travelled and lived all around the world. I have an extreme passion for diverse food, culture, and trying to make the least impact on the environment as I can. I am a very farm to table based chef with an emphasis on clean eating and clean living. I value plant based diets, but am well versed on the carnivorous cuisines as well. I am 26, eager, driven, educated, and a major social butterfly with the ability to adapt to any situation. I thrive on challenges and hold myself to a high level of critique.
