I have many years experience working in professional kitchens. I have done it all from pastry chef, to breakfast cook, lunch and dinner. Buffets, or plated, it's gonna come out beautiful and delicious. I am proficient in baking, cake decorating, sauces, soups, meat, and breads.. in a job I hope to find flexibility, being able to use my skills and imagination to create my own dishes and/or menus, a pleasant and casual atmosphere. Would like to find one time events, parties, dinners, (any meal breakfast, lunch, or dinner) cooking for individual clients.
