I am a chef who is looking to assist you with food planning and preparation for your next event, or in a personal home chef capacity for an arranged period of time. I can provide basic equipment for small private parties or regular home cooked meals, inquire if specialty equipment may be needed. My background includes restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, and San Francisco Bay Area, as well as right here in Indianapolis where I am from. I've worked with all different cuisines, very well versed in Italian and other European cooking styles but also in Asian and Latin American. And of course I take pride in my barbecue.
