Let my passion be your benefit. For the last ten years I have been a self taught home chef. I love cooking for one as much as I do for a large family.
My focus is on whole, fresh, local ingredients and execution in preparing a dish. Simple or complex, classic or modern, food involves and stimulates all the senses, and can take you places around the world while seated at a dinner table.
From home made bread, home ground spices, fresh picked herbs, and decedent desserts.
I am available on a flexible schedule, especially outside of the fall season. I can prepare any meal to meet specific dietary needs.
I am happy to cook in home, prep freezer meals, cater small events (under 10 guests) and more!
