I will provide high quality, authentic Italian dishes or multi-course meals from a clean and organized work environment for your intimate dinners or small social gatherings in the comfort of your home or at a remote location. At your request, I can also include interaction with your guests regarding the origin and preparation of the dishes. Although Italian cuisine is my specialty, I have cooked other cuisines and would be willing to oblige within my scope. My endeavour is to provide you and your guests with a delicious meal and an amazing experience.
As well I am willing to do online (zoom or skype) cooking classes. Willing to buy and deliver the ingredients, course break down, and set a time and date we can do it together.
