I have traveled to learn and experience authentic dishes and curated private events/ pop up dinners to showcase my favorite dishes with an artistic flare when I lived in New York. I enjoy making menus for families to fit their needs and am very flexible to make whatever they desire and beyond. I am a hard worker and used to high volume restaurants and have been on two food network shows, so I do not shy away from whatever craving or dish you want to try on the spot. Most importantly I am a family man myself and would love to provide good sourced food.
