I have been strictly a vegetarian for 43 years(all my adult live),and over the years have had the opportunities to cook for many unusual spiritually oriented persons(Buddhists and Indian monks,Rabbis,Yogis,and others with particular dietary requirements;as well as a number of secular vegetarian and vegan restaurants. I also raised five children(lots of cooking),and now have 8 grandchildren. I do not consider it an exaggeration that I have cooked a million meals. I am very good at making what's available taste great.
