I have work at Skeeters and Legends as a Lead Chef for the baseball stadium, were I have purchased food and beverage for all of the baseball events, and supervised cooks etc. I have work for Kenneth Agee as a Chef De Cuisine, I have smoked , grill meat. chicken and fish, purchased food and beverage items for such special events Italian, French , Mediterranean, Costa Rican and Mexican cuisine and I have cook for tree thousand students of StonyBrook University,Brighton Staffing and Harrison Conference Center, breakfast,lunch and dinner and I have grill, smoke and saute meats, chicken fish and supervised front and back of the house staff and banquet events etc, I have work at Uno's Restaurant and Bar for nine years as a restaurant manager and Executive Chef, I have bake, grill and saute food items for pizza and supervised front and back of the house etc.
