As a former pizza shop owner I am familiar with all aspects of running a pizza shop.Ialso consulted with a team that wanted to open a pizza shop in steamboat springs colorado. We took over a failing bar/restaurant and quickly turned it into the best pizza in town!! Also I was employed by Compass at SUNY Albany as primary pizza maker until Sodexo took the account over.
