I'm a seasoned chef that cooks with love. I am second generation Italian/American. I come with great cooking skills, I've owned my own business for 30 plus years. I run a household and I've spent many a day working privately in home kitchens. I am fluent in : organic, gluten free, nut free, vegan, or if non of the prior apply, just good cooking. Italian, kosher style, Mexican, American , Chinese, Japanese, middle eastern to name a few. Following family receipies no problem. Helping to organize household, transport , shopping no problem.
