My Name is Chef Mark Monroe Jr. I am a restaurant professional with 7 plus years in the business. Plus I own my own small buisness Taco Mania LTD. Specializing in fairs, festivals, events and catering. I have worked fine dining for Plainfield Country Club while also opporating the pool side kitchen as head Chef. I am experienced in Deli service, Banquets and Event Catering. I have also spent several years as a Line cook for corporation resturants like Ruby Tuesday's, and Cheeburger Cheeburger in New Jersey and Florida. I am self taught as I have no traditional degree. However the experience I have aquired over the years has catapulted me into leading positions in varriouse culinary institutions as a Chef and Consultant.
