I have been cooking my whole life. Classic french cuisine is my roots, but I consider myself a Chef capable of cooking any and all cuisines worldwide. I'm a Sous Chef at a restaurant that does 9 million in sales yearly. I'm grateful to say I have worked under some prestigoues chefs in my career. I am very creative and professional when it comes to my work. I have held every position in the kitchen from dishwasher to Executive Chef. I belive it's hard to find a Chef/cook as passionate and devoted as I am, and I garauntee it shows through my food. Text or call 817 862 ...
