Chef in Dallas, Texas

I have been cooking my whole life. Classic french cuisine is my roots, but I consider myself a Chef capable of cooking any and all cuisines worldwide. I'm a Sous Chef at a restaurant that does 9 million in sales yearly. I'm grateful to say I have worked under some prestigoues chefs in my career. I am very creative and professional when it comes to my work. I have held every position in the kitchen from dishwasher to Executive Chef.
