As I belong from Venezuela the cuisine is influenced by its European Italian , Spanish, Portuguese and French. My Dad is from Italy and my mom is from Venezuela but my grandfather from my mom side was from Spain. Venezuelan cuisine varies greatly from one region to another. My food is a fusion of many cultures. My love for food dates back to my early childhood. I love to cook and I use my own creativity to prepare the recipes. I don’t follow rules in the kitchen it’s just me and my heart feeling grateful and blessed for what I learned from my family and the school. I will like to work in a house for a friendly family who wants to enjoy good food.
