As the Roaming Chef I have prepared meals in retreats, homes and businesses for clients such as Micheal Pollan, Sean Wells "the Master Formulator", Pavel Stuchlik -founder of Orange Theory Fitness and Kristin Canty - restauranteur and director of "Farmagedon" the documentary. I recently returned from a seven day retreat in Iceland with Live.Global where I prepared meals for fifteen guests, highlighting Scandinavian cuisine. As the event chef I provide menu design, preparation, and family style service with ability to provide coursed meals. Potential clients are responsible for all food costs, travel expenses, and hourly rate. A flat rate for the event can be negotiated and reference letters from past clients can be provided upon request. I look forward to assisting you in a successful event!
