I am a chef with over 30 years experience in the culinary world. I have traveled to and from some of the most well known regions such as Germany, Italy, Greece, Spain…just to name a few. My experience and expertise lies in Italian food from all regions. I have dedicated over 30 years of creating my own recipes that have been featured in restaurants from coast to coast here in the US. Whether it be traditional/authentic or brought to the 21st century, I have focused on this region due to its wide array of ingredients, regional tastes and its eclectic use of the land, sea and gardens dating back centuries. What I bring to the table is fresh, from scratch foods that will not just look pleasing, but an array of pleasures to be awaken on the taste buds. The name Il Dominari di Famè means “the dominator of hunger” in the old Latin. I’m not a master, but a dominator of food, tastes and smells, unlike any other. Everything is done from scratch from breads, desserts, pastries to every single dish created from your kitchen. Nothing is a short cut. In order to experience Italy first and foremost, you must experience the food. It is the food that brings families together, brings enemies to the table and teaches the culture first hand.
