15 years high profile experience, I’ve cooked for some of the worlds greatest talent. I begin my passion for food at 12 y.o when i attended a simple culinary class with my mom at church , from that point i knew that cooking would be the way i gave the world a piece of me . I went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Newyork and from there my career was launched gaining most of my experience from several world known chefs such as Terry Crandal of then Peninsula, Jason Schultz of the Ritz Carlton and several others . I’ve held the Executive Chef Position for Live Nation for the last 5Years being the only Chef to maintain such position with the company at it highest peaks . I have now resigned from that position so i can spend more time with family and offer my Talent to the pubic .
