Hello, my name is Jack Hiltabidle. I have been cooking professionally for 5 years in some of the countries best restaurants. Working in restaurants such as the one starred Blackbird, the one starred Bresca, James Beard Award winning Fat Rice, to opening a residency in NYC at Chef's Club, I have worked with the very best our industry has to offer. My strength is in creativity, as well as my love to teach others about both culinary techniques and history. Im looking for something where I am able to share my love of food and inspire others. I am a hard worker who does well under extreme pressure and time constraints.
