I have experience cooking in professional kitchens - as well as: meal prep special events vegetarian/health conscious meals southern/comfort food cold prep meals such as composed salads/sandwiches fruit trays/finger foods etc I am ServSafe Manager Certified up to 2025. Though I don't lean fully into a specific specialization, I enjoying learning and finding creative ways to make any type of cuisine I attempt both beautiful and filling.
