Hi I'm Daniel, a chef based in Los Angeles, and I freaking love cooking. I have completed my culinary arts education with flying colors, and have completed my training at 1-Michelin Star Restaurant Pasta Bar from Scratch Restaurants. I have experience working at Pasta Bar as a Garde Manager, Pasta Maker, and Hot Side Station. With over five years of experience in the culinary industry, including running my own restaurant and working at Michelin Star restaurants, I have honed my culinary skills, team work, and fine dining knowledge all while maintaining a growth mindset as a student in this craft. As a second generation Californian with Korean roots, I specialize in Korean, Japanese, French, Italian, Asian Fusion, and American cuisine. Because of my experience and skills, however, I am able to adopt new recipes and make them my own. Thus, I can adapt and learn new recipes quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, because of my fine dining experience, I am very detailed orientated. With a preference on clean, fresh, and local ingredients that are ethically sourced, I plan to give my very best in offering an organic, wholesome, and affordable experience.
