Hello! I am a professional chef based out of the Hudson Valley of New York. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America where I was taught classic French techniques that laid a strong foundation from which to build upon. I received my training at Spoon and Stable (Minneapolis) and the former 1 Michelin Star- Café Boulud (NYC), both of which fostered strong developmental skills and high quality standards for executing exceptional modern American cuisine. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture from The Pennsylvania State University. I thoroughly enjoy combining both educations in my career as the owner and Executive Chef of Glenmere Farm. We are a small scale, family owned farm located in Warwick, NY. We specialize in high end, farm to table in-home dining experiences. We utilize our very own meats and honey and partner with our neighbors in the surrounding Hudson Valley to source impeccable produce.
