I’m a chef that really loves to cook. I’ve worked in small sports bars, cafeteria settings, nursing homes, but have the most experience in catering fine dining to weddings and other special events. I’m comfortable working with all types of cuisines and all kinds of ingredients. I’m experienced in catering to food allergies, vegetarians, and vegan. I can handle a fast paced environment and have ran dinner services for parties over three hundred guests or can cook for small dinner parties and backyard barbecues. I have good knowledge of keeping inventory and ordering product. I can handle cost control and budgets, also am very familiar with kitchen safety and food storage procedures. I’m very computer literate and have no problem using programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, or any data entry programs and also very familiar with Adobe programs. I love interacting with people whether it’s the staff in the kitchen or front of the house, and be able to talk to guest that are eating what I have prepared, good or bad reviews. The best part of being a chef is that you can never stop learning and there’s so much different food and techniques that you can use to better your craft.....
