Chef in New Orleans, Louisiana

I specialize in intimate in-home dinner parties of 2-12 guests, and host 5-6 course renaissance/medeival themed dinner parties, completed with decor and wine pairings. What you desire will directly determine any compensation details; days, guests, times, menu, dietary needs, decorating etc. We can create a menu together or you can leave it up to me. I will do the grocery shopping, cooking, serving, and cleaning. Open for a casual personal chef situation, a couple of meals a week cooked in your home and I can accommodate children whether it's food or even a nanny/babysitter. About me: I'm 26 years old with a B.S. in Culinary Arts from the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University and I have studied 4 months in Lyon, France at the Institut Paul Bocuse. I have 3.5 years restaurant kitchen experience, and I've been doing dinner parties since 2012. I also run a small resin-based jewelry business, sell various types of kimchi, and I have 3 dogs!
