When it comes to food it is taking multiply aspect of different cultures and fuses them to make your beautiful and delicious dish. I love to get people together and have that interaction through food, whether that is collaborating with other chefs or having a group that I can teach my fine culinary skills to. I was born in Europe (Poland) and privileged to grow up in New Jersey. At a young age I was always in the kitchen. I graduated from HCCC, the school is rated as #4 in the nation for having the best culinary program. My culinary knowledge is focused on vegetarian, vegan, Israeli, Eastern European, American, Indian, Italian and some Asian cuisines in addition to beating an excellent baker and decorator. I feel most comfortable leading events with groups of 2-200 people and my rates start at $45 per person.
