You Name it I Have Tried it and or Cooked It. From Ostrich to Sea Urchin or Caribou to Good Old Fashioned American Beef, Pork or Chicken & Duck... My Passion for cooking Runs Deep and is very Gratifying when I am Able to cook for a Client and Make their experience enjoyable and satisfying. My Normal Fee For Cooking is Matched to The " Menu " choice. What Ever the Cost of the Groceries are will be equal to what I will charge for preparing your Dinner.
