I am a plant-based chef located in Los Angeles with a certification in holistic nutrition consulting and a passion for creating vibrant vegan cuisine. Each organic dish I create ignites your senses while creating a high-vibrational experience that will show you just how magical and healing food can truly be. I've helped served raw vegan cuisine to thousands at transformational festivals such as Lightning in a Bottle, Symbiosis and Desert Hearts. I also caters in the LA area and host plant-based workshops. Having studied journalism specifically focused on health and wellness at the University of Southern California, I understand the myriad of trends and fads surrounding diet. And it has since become my intention to instigate positive change by making a plant-based diet easily adoptable, accessible and affordable to any who wish to experience the profound healing powers of plants. My holistic approach is aimed at fostering a deep and mindful connection to what enters our bodies, recognizing that what we eat nourishes the body, mind and spirit. And by acknowledging our bodies as a sacred temple, we have the potential to provide the utmost energy and vitality through optimum nutrition.
