I have been a Food Service Director in a hospital, managed my own catering business, worked as a farm hand, as well as a chef in a school. I am comfortable with vegetarian and vegan diets, as well as gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and refined sugar free. My catering clients these last few years have been at alternative and various locations, such as an artist retreat, herbal school, spirituality camp. I am very comfortable with many cuisines. I am currently working in Hawaii and moving to Oregon in September.
