I do high end dinners at the convenience of your home for special moments such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, etc, and I also offer cooking lessons for groups or for individuals interested in improving their cooking skills. I travel anywhere in Oregon and Seattle for a low fee. My specialty is writing menus that are hyper seasonal and local. The great majority of the produce I use comes from three farms near where I live in Independence, OR. As I present each dish I give a detail explanation of where the food came from, the inspiration behind it and its purpose in the sequence of the dishes and their relation to the wine that has been curated for that particular event. I've been cooking professionally for 20 years and have been Executive Chef for 10 of those years at fine dining restaurants around the country and at large kitchens such as Intel Corporation and Willamette University.
