I am a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation, Inc. As Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef Manager/Supervisor, and Food Service Director, professional experience includes work with the elderly at nursing and retirement homes; MIT Sororities; catering; corporate dining; middle-school, private residence and school; and pastry chef for caterers in the Boston area.
