cooking fabulosity to our distingushed clientelle.... Chef Fernando is a seasoned chef that has been involved in the Food Service Industry for over 30 years. Fernando was formally trained at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.. He grauated in 1986 and ever since then, he has had a great run in the gastronomic world. Chef Fernando and Chef Antonio got together 26 years ago bringing special attention to details to every catering making sure every event is a fabulous success. Both of us chefs have owned restaurants and catering company in San Juan , Puerto Rico and in New York City, where we were both given great reviews by the N.Y.Times our restaurant Mango's in Great Neck, New York. Chef Fernando has been the Executive Chef for THE COLONY HOTEL in exclusive Palm Beach, Chef Antonio his Executive Sous Chef. We both also contributed as Saucier Chef and Garde Manger chef at exclusive Admirals Cove Country Club in Jupiter, Florida. Chef Fernando also worked a season as Chef Garde Manger at exclusive Ballenisles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We have also collaborated with the Chefs at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida. preparing very high end GALAS for charities . 5 years ago we moved to Miami Chef Fernando is looking for Monday to Friday work, since some weekends I do some in-home caterings. Chef Antonio is doing pastry at Capital Grille in Brickell
