I LOVE to entertain! I excel in Southern cooking, Mediterranean, Italian, French, and i am a professional on a grill! I also have a vast background in vegetarian, meal prepping, organic and Natural foods as well as food allergies. I have won several Food Network shows including Beat Bobby Flay (Eggs Benedict), and Cooks Vs Cons (season 1 finale) and i have been featured on several others. I have a great track record, and my personality is made for entertaining, and interacting with guests. I have ran some of the top restaurants in the United States and i am now looking for something more personal. The perfect client for me would be anywhere from a family looking for a chef to come in 3-5 days per week to grocery shop and create meals, to the client looking for a chef that will create specialized menu for small parties and events.
