I am a versatile chef with 26 years of experience in both savory and pastry. I am a vegan myself, therefore understand vegan cooking and baking thoroughly. I also focus on whole, organic, foods with minimal use of additives for textures and flavors etc. I do private clients all over the Hamptons. I will accommodate non vegans if necessary, but prefer to at least keep it vegetarian/pescatarian.
