I started at the bottom and have worked to the top. I have run kitchens, crews, owned a restaurant, ran the kitchen in a private club and have overseen food service for a two campus graduate school. I am fully certified and up to date on all the food safety regulations. I would love to cook for your dinner party, special occasion or small catered affair up to 50 people.
