I have over 15 years of experience in established and Michelin rated restaurants in Germany and the USA. My main focus is in seasonal European cuisine utilizing french cooking techniques although i'm open to master any type of cuisine. I'm very well versed in all areas of the kitchen, from appetizers and salads, different meat and fish preparations to desserts. Until recently I was the executive chef at a very successful New American restaurant in the west village in New York City where I changed the very seasonal menu every 2 weeks.
