HI! My name is Mikey and I know how hard it is to be heavy. One year ago I was 275 pounds. Although it has been the most challenging year of my life I have managed to lose over 120 pounds and have taken my life back. Now I just want to help others do the same. Being a chef, I understand cravings more than anyone. That is why I truly believe the only way to have a successful weight loss journey is to redefine what you believe is delicious. I will teach you everything about creating restaurant quality, delicious and health conscious food on a college budget. I am also happy to talk to you about developing a workout and supplementation plan if you want! I've worked in several fine dining Restaurants including Bullfinchs Restaurant - Boston Ma, Butcher and the Burger - Chicago IL, I also do regular private chef instruction, parties, weddings, and personal dinners.
