I attended and graduated Le Cordon Blue in Las Vegas. After graduating I moved back to Michigan where I have been working in Health and Nutrition. I've taught Nutrition classes with Michigan State and currently work in one of the highest ranked Health Care facilities in Michigan.

Recently graduated from Culinary Institute LeNotre in Houston, Texas. While attending culinary school I was a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Garde Manger chef, and Banquet Chef. I also served as a Sous Chef for a short time on board one if the American Cruise Lines ships.

Former excutive chef at Aramark. Worked for the Johnson family owners of SC Johnson Wax. Daily operations of a fully service restaurant set up managing and facilitating employees making sure we put quality food out.
