Hey there! My name is Gabi, I am currently a full time Executive Pastry Chef of a small restaurant in Brooklyn, and also of a Brooklyn catering business. I graduated Stratford University with honors, for a degree in Baking and Pastry. I have also mastered the creativity of cooking as I also attended the Maryland Institute College of Art.
