I have been a private chef for the past 10 years working all over the country and the world. I've also worked in many high end restaurants in NYC and Italy. My passion and expertise is Italian cuisine and culture, but also extremely well trained and experienced in many cuisines. Being a father of two wonderful children, I have vast knowledge and understanding of cooking for kids...I absolutely love connecting kids to eating well and learning about food.
