I am originally from Washington, DC where I have worked for popular restaurant groups around the city. I lived in Las Vegas, NV for 5 years where I worked for some of the most prestigious resorts and restaurants while also being a private chef for an NBA athlete and family. I lived in Aspen, CO for 2 1/2 years where I was the Chef of a small private dining restaurant at a local resort.
I specialize in seafood, but have extensive skills with most all proteins. Right now I am the executive chef of a Steakhouse in Milwaukee, WI and looking to do events when I have time. I have a great personality and am very engaging. I look forward to hearing from you.
