I am a 31 year old chef named Justin Anthony. I have 13 years of experience in both the most awarded luxury hotel chain in the world, and private fine dining restaurants. I am well rounded in many cuisines including French, Italian, traditional and modern Japanese, many other Asian cuisines, and traditional/ refined American. I have experience in serving very high demand clientele, and the knowledge and willingness to work with any and all allergies and/or dietary restrictions. I am an active athlete and appreciate people's desire to eat healthy.
