I have a dual degree in pastry and cuisine from Paris, France. After culinary school, I took advantage of my residence in France, gaining experience in pastry by working at Un Dimanche à Paris. My cuisine experience was gained at L'Arpège, a three michelin star restaurant in Paris, which specializes in vegetarian cuisine. All vegetables used at L'Arpège come from the garden of the restaurant. In addition to my culinary experience, I have a Bachelor's degree from UCLA, and have worked in several jobs that allow me to exercise my interpersonal skills. I thrive in environments that are organized, direct, and positive.
