I grew up in Mexico City, where the best cuisines of Mexico and the world converge, evolve and re-create to transform into a whole new style of cuisine – The Chilango Cuisine, a Fusion-style cuisine that has existed even before fusion was trendy.
I can prepare the best Argentinean empanadas and meats, real Italian Pizzas and pastas, traditional dishes and modern takes on Mediterranean cuisine, classic cebiches from the coast, delicious burgers and the most exotic Asian dishes.
I've been cooking for 25 years. I have experience in all types of cuisines. I studied Culinary Arts for two years in the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. I can prepare food for 2 people or 200.
